Blender? accessory - pants- spider mesh - Process for animating Spider - Pants, that then follow walking animation?

I am wondering in general, what is the process to create something like this, that ends up as Pants you can put on your avatar, and then it has animation. When you walk the spider legs move.

Like do you have multiple meshes and need to work with like Blender, to combine them into one model, then animate it in blender, then save it as some .xxx file you can load into studio an publish it as a package ? and if you are in a UGC group publish it…

Mainly wondering about the animation part of it.

I would like to try it with some simple stick figure model mesh, if the process can be done and get it into studio to play with.

Spider Body (Silver) - Roblox example someone has ( I did not buy this one, but bought another one that had similar info)

Any info would be great! Can you do it via a fbx file in blender and then get it into a package or?

Any ideas on how to animate the spider arms?
