Blender Animation "snapping" to bone config upon completion

So basically I have imported a blender animation using the blender anim plugin for Roblox & Blender.
It looks pretty good (considering its my second ever animation) but am having the issue regarding how it snaps at the end. I understand this is because after the animation completes, it snaps the humanoid root part back to where it was before the animation as any changes made during the animation are only temporary. I do not mean to move the HRP during the animation it just naturally happens. Is there any way to avoid having this happen or any tips on editing in Blender to make sure this does not happen?
