What do I want to achieve? - Properly functional first person viewmodel animations.
-
What is the issue? Every animation that has been imported from blender has “displacement issues” where the viewmodel arms are slightly off in the animation. Multiple different animations have been tried and even 2 different rigs, both with the exact same issue. The animations work properly in moon animator 2, but not the default animation editor or in-game.
animations working in moon animator:

animations not working in studio:

Rig model scaled to 1 with placeholder animation not working in studio (but working in moon):

What solutions have I tried so far?
I have:
- Tried re-rigging and properly getting position and size details correct for all welds and motor6ds
- Scaling “model” of the rig to 1 (the initial issue I had was with a model scaled 1.529) but even after a new animation was created with the 1 scale rig the issue still persisted.
- Used 2 different plugins to import from blender
- Other smaller solutions I have forgot but I scrolled through all similar posts I could find but found no solution. I am open for any and all solutions at this point.
I’ve asked around to many developers and development based groups and many have never seen an issue similar to this. I feel it has nothing to do with the importing process because they work properly in moon animator, but I have no idea at this point. Help would be greatly appreciated.
