Hi,
I have a mesh with bones (not a rig or custom character) just a mesh, that the bones are all good in Blender and I can go into Blender pose mode and it moves the bones and mesh fine… let’s just say it is a mesh stick that bends, a few questions.
- If I want the mesh in Roblox to move via the bones, do I have to animate it in blender and then get it into Roblox?
1 a) if yes you must animated it in blender first, what is the process / steps to get it into blender ?
1 b) if no, and I can get the mesh and bones into Roblox , what are the steps to get it imported into Roblox?
1b.1) if true, can I script the bones or mesh in Roblox to move instead of animation?
1b.1.5(or how is it done to animate it in Roblox verses blender?
1b.2 ) if 1b.1 true, any examples?

any plugins to recommend that assist with this? ( I have seen a few but they seemed to be rigging a player related, verse just a mesh you want to put some bones and and have it move in Roblox via bones…

Example, this is a simple mesh with 2 bones that I think kinda works in blender in Pose mode… how would I get this into Roblox and actually move, like if I do the Blender Pose and move it manually back and forth?
