Blender Custom Character Import Inverted Rig

Alright so while I was trying to export a character and rig it seems to like invert when imported through the plugin and its only the rig the mesh itself is fine when I remove the rig

I have tried:
fbx export transform options in blender
fbx export armature axis settings in blender
tried turning off bake animations in export
tried resetting the mesh and rig rotations
and tried looking up any solutions I could find

hoping someone has had this problem and found a workaround

I’m your hero, you dug deep and found it.

Try applying the scale (or all transforms) with ctrl + a to the mesh. The issue is the size, if this doesn’t work, then your faces are still red, to fix it, go into edit mode, select all by clicking “a” then click “alt+n” and then press flip OR recalculate outside,
