Blender Exporting to Studio causes parts to change weirdly, fix?

I usually do all of my modelling in blender. Everything has been working fine up until now. When I tried to export this dinosaur model, I noticed that some of the parts were not where they should be, I tried to simply just scale them outwards, but it seems like the meshes have changed in a way that they no longer fit together like I intended.
I’ve tried things that came to my mind to fix this, such as applying transform and setting origin points, but nothing will change this

if the scale and positions are different , then try using a .obj file instead of .fbx but if you’re alr using a .obj then i have no idea
