So basically this building has 2 meshes:
- the blue one
- the white with the small windows.
It seems like one of them is missing something[ i guess it’s the blue one]

puede que en esa zona la cara este invertida tecla shift n y revisas en la opcion de face orientation o tmb que haga falta una cara en esa parte seleccionado dos vertices y la tecla f la rellena
You can try placing a angled part to fill the gap and then use a texture to fill it in.
If it’s only missing in Roblox but not Blender, it could be an issue with your normals. Locate the faces in Blender that are missing in Studio and, in edit mode, select the faces and press Alt+N and select ‘flip’. Then just re-export your mesh back into Studio
