Blender importing animations issues

My Problem:
I had been trying to import animations from Blender into Roblox Studio but it imports it weird.

The thing I am trying to achieve:
This is what I want my animations to look like when I import them into Roblox.

The solution I have tried:

I have tried to find solutions on the Developer Hub if I couldn’t find any solutions, and deactivating then reactivating the plugin.

Open the animation in the Animation Editor, click the three dots, go to Priority, and try “Action” or any below it (“Action2”, “Action3” etc). You will need to re-upload the animation (“Overwrite” the old one, don’t upload a completely new one) for changes.
