Blender OpenGL 3.3. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Again. Idk where this belong to. But since its about building, building it is.
Whenever i want to open the latest blender. This error showed up.

I already searched for solution in google. But whenever i found one. Its either confussing or just don’t work. My device is on windows 7. Anyone got a same problem like me?

Update the driver or just get an better graphics card.
