Blender R6 Rig with Legs IK That Doesnt Follow the Torso Movement

Anyone got a blender r6 rig
my current rig is like this

I want results something like this:
where the legs IK doesnt follow the torso’s transformations
but I can still use those legs IK for the legs

Im new to blender animating so I dont know if that can be fixed with simple button clicks or require some advanced stuff

if the legs dont follow the torso then the entire point of the ik is gone tho??
what you wanna do is move the upper rectangle thingy on legs in a way so that they look like the torso didnt move anything
