Blender Roblox Rig won't copy/import the limbs when I try to import 2 of them

Hello, I’m trying to make a GFX of a riot and I’m using a free Roblox Blender rig and just exporting everything from the studio onto that rig. However I need 8 or 9 of those rigs since I have 8 or 9 characters. But whenever I use Shift+D to duplicate the rig it only duplicates the head and armatures. And when I import another one of the rigs it doesn’t have those blocks I need to use to rotate the limbs.
