Blender Won't Apply MTL Texture to Model When I Import it

I’m making GFX in Blender and when I import the map model and texture, it just textures the map with its colors, not the grass or anything like in Studio. How can I texture the model with the MTL texture it has from when I exported it? If it isn’t easy to understand, I pretty much have the colors on the map and I want all the textures it had in Studio.

I don’t think it works because I imported a city and my windows were glass and they were a bit transparent but when I imported it was smooth but I made my GFX better than before.

Is it possible to render in evee, the plug says it uses cyles?

It was made before eevee was added to blender, but it still works because both rendering engines treat the materials the same
