i have a sort of spawn system in my game where every minute theres a fixed amount of chance for a blessing (really rare and good magic) to spawn
blessing’s are canonically speaking glitches in the system (the lore is based off the matrix woo yeah)

That effect looks pretty epic, but the lines are so thin they’re kind of like, jagged, like uhh… with tears? And from afar can look weird and stuff… I think you get it…
the lines are actually particles that i thinned out to the maximum which started causing artifacts, i thought it looked really awesome so i decided to keep it! lately ive been having fun experimenting with different things in the engine, its crazy how some of these bugs look so cool!!
