Block Run - last feedback before sponsoring

Hello, I’m a solo dev who worked on and off for over a year to make my first game called Block Run. From the previous post, I’ve noted your helpful feedback and decided to turn my game into a racing game.

Block Run is a racing game where you dodge obstacles and perform parkour flips/vaults on the way. You can get speed boosts throughout the run but things can get out of control if you use too many. Characters can be unlocked or bought with their unique perks/skills, and items or general skills can be obtained from map drops or cases. There are currently 5 maps, more will be added later.

I’m going to sponsor the game within a week or two. I’m planning on adding more map drops before I sponsor, as some maps don’t have any at the moment.

I would again, be very grateful for your feedback. I’m going to test with the following thumbnails:

Which thumbnail do you personally like the most? How fun is the game overall?

i think the third one looks best. however for the character’s poses i would honestly prefer them more exaggerated (like their arms should be more widened out in picture 4)

Thank you

You’re the second or third person to say that the third looks the best. I’ll keep it in mind when sponsoring.

I’ll see what I can do with the arms for the gummy bears.

The game is Awesome, and it’s fascinating to see what you created in a year. You know the tutorial is great because it hooks players with the quick wins you get by playing the game. What if you were to take it up from there and slowly build up the maps?

Ultimately is the goal of the game is to get players excited enough to play, and then to keep playing. The question is what keep them playing and how do you do more of that?

Haha no that’s not me but yes, it was initially inspired from Stick Run (I mentioned this in my previous post). I now turned it into a racing game and it’s even more different now.
