No. Gore is not allowed even if there’s an option to disable it.

Sorry, but you are wrong. there are games on the front page which has some amount of gore. neighborhood war, for example allows you to dismember players by constantly shooting at a corpse. Criminality, which featues burning downed players alive. Both are still up.

It will probably not get shutdown if you look at games like phantom forces they could sometimes have a lot of blood/gore.

This is all I can find regarding gore and blood, it’s really only strictly dealt with if there’s very realistic depictions or clear use of gore or dismemberment, as well as torture, a few blood splats are fine and should be overlooked.
