Changes related to 0.3.3 based on community feedback.

  • Mobile backpack buttons are bigger
  • Round time is now 7 and a half minutes, rewards changed to reflect new round time (max bits is now 150 at 3000 points)
  • Cherry bomb pie and wheelie bin throwing now uses the most recent mouse position by default
  • Fixed private servers showing end screen rewards
  • Changed six shooter fan damage from 30 to 15
  • Increased six shooter fan bloom
  • Fixed pummel seed throw cooldown

Revamp to all current items for better mobile controls, controller support (coming soon), quality of life changes and future proofing. As well as lots of general item buffs and bug fixes. Also hit markers

Item System Revamp

  • Holding down Mouse button 1 on pc while equipping an item now auto activates
  • All items perform better on higher ping
  • Mobile Controls now primarily use annotated buttons instead of tapping the screen, for items that require the player to tap the screen anywhere (eg: LightDisc), going into Shiftlock will activate its primary use button
  • Support for items that have more than two functions/buttons
  • All items that have a reload/consume function (eg: Super Shotgun/Sub-Zero Soft Serve) no longer have to play out their animations to reload/consume
  • Other under the hood improvements

Item Rebalancing

  • Metal munchers can now grab physics objects (eg: bombs, bins)
  • Increased Spellbook healing rate
  • Linked Sword lunge has new controls
  • Removed delay on Linked Sword lunge
  • Ink roller ink recovery sped up
  • Ink roller rolling speed increase from 4 to 6
  • Ink roller attack cooldown lowered
  • Ink roller attack damage lowered from 20 to 15
  • Increased max cherry bomb pie damage from 30 to 40
  • Decreased cherry bomb pie splodges time on screen
  • Cherry bomb pie splodges have new sprites
  • Increased health potion heal amount from 50 to 150

Bomb Rework

  • Bomb throwing cooldown lowered
  • Bomb max damage radius increased
  • Unequipping the bomb while it’s lit will drop the bomb at your feet
  • Bomb now begins glowing red when getting near to exploding
  • Bomb now explodes on teleporting with the swap ray
  • Bomb now explodes after grappling it to your feet
  • Bomb no longer damages the owner player after interacting with it with another item

Other changes/fixes

  • Damage you have done when hitting a player is now visible
  • Fixed mobile mouse shift lock CFrame being offset
  • Can spam re-equip on some items to do insane damage
  • Fixed issues related to Sledgehammer
  • Super Shotgun bullet randomness would be a straight line depending on the angle
  • Wheelie Bin projectile’s owner didn’t change when interacted with

  • Metal Munchers Damage can stack
  • Getting forced to unequip Metal Munchers mid grab would cause the grabbed player to lose collisions

  • Awesome Rarity Item Rebalance - The chance to get an awesome rarity item is now based on the players current game ranking, the further they are behind first, the higher the chance of getting an awesome rarity item. A maximum of one awesome rarity item will be obtainable per minute.

  • Rubber Duck explosion now does 100 damage instead of hit players max health

  • Rubber Duck no longer leaves activated player at 1 health if exploded at max health

  • New Rubber Duck explosion sound

  • New buttons for shop pages

  • Awesome Sauce damage multiplier increased from 1.5x to 2x

  • Character accessories no longer fall off in death animation

Our first content update for Blood Sweat and Pixels introduces 2 new items and 10 new cosmetics! These new items are using an altered system to our previous items which should both improve how well they work on high ping and on mobile. All previous items will gradually be updated to this new system over the next couple weeks.

Another small update mainly to fix an issue with datastore errors causing some servers to break. We also have added a donation board to the arcade if you would like to support us! Expect content updates soon.

  • Donation board - Top donator has their currently equipped MVP animation play in the lobby across all servers!

  • Playercards no longer have a few pixels of transparency around their icons
  • Super Shotgun does 7 damage per pellet instead of 9 (total max damage per shot is now 63)
  • LightDisc now does 17 damage instead of 22
  • Revolver now does 25 damage on body shots instead of 19
