BF is getting 30k visits a week even though it hasn’t been updated since April and I’m about to give it a huge content update which will boost the player count pretty high. I want to keep it high this time around but I have another project that is more important to finish.
I’m offering 25% of profits to someone who can come in and manage the game / add new content (monsters, guns, maps, gear, etc) every week and they will get 25% of the profit. Add me on skype @ Doneyes or PM me on here to discuss.
imho That’s a lot of work for 25% - and 30K visits a week is decent, but not enough to be super profitable, especially when you are only getting 25% of the profit.
This is 30k a week without updates. Once updates are frequent, the player count goes way up. And 25% is way more than fair because the game is already built and doesn’t need much work to keep it fresh. I’ve been developing bloodfest on and off since october and done a ton of work on it. I’m not giving a developer who will come in and add weekly minor content updates more than 25%.

You would? [/quote]
Capitalism seems to say that people would rather work on their own projects, or seek a job elsewhere, as this is your second time posting, instead of reposting with the same terms, you should see what was lacking, and attempt to modify your offer, otherwise it will most likely be ignored again.
Sorry to break it to you, but in capitalism, just because you payed or worked a certain amount for something, doesn’t mean it’s worth that amount to other people.

So I shouldn’t ask around? You do know that there are people who will do this and I’ve gotten two applications tonight. Some people understand that they aren’t having to do ton of work and 25% is a lot since the game is right here and ready.
You aren’t wrong and a lot of people would rather build their own projects, but there are people out there who are good with this style of work.
Edit: Also all the applicants so far do have their own projects and they have plenty of time to work on them. It’s not like I tell them that they are my slave and can’t do their own thing.
