Blowing up a building model through explosions

I’m quite new to explosions and general developing. I have a question about using a function to blow up a model in my workspace. How could I make a series of explosions hit a building? Do I have to unanchor the building? If so, how would I make sure it only comes apart when the explosions from the script hit it?

Also, how much do explosions affect the performance of the server and the clients? What are some good practices I should follow to ensure I don’t cause major lag?

You can look in the toolblox, “Rocket launcher”. And there you would find an explosion script.

You could just get a rocket launcher from the toolbox.

But to make the building able to go into pieces you need to unanchor everything and weld it.
