These are some Frequently Asked Questions that will go ahead and answer for you:
How do I become a Trainee (LR)
To become a Low Rank you must pass an automated quiz located HERE. You must be in the group to play this. Once you finish you will be ranked “Trainee”.
How do I rank up after Senior Team Member?
You can only rank up by promotion unless our Administrative team releases applications in our Discord!
How do I report an MR/HR?
To report an HR/MR you must join our Discord server (the link is in “Social Links” on our group page). Then create a support ticket.
LR Ranks
4 - Trainee | These users are awaiting a training.
5 - Junior Team Member | These employees help out with the store.
6 - Senior Team Member | These employees help out with the store.
7 - Management Intern | They’re learning the skills of Management by observing and performing the tasks of a Junior Member.
MR Ranks
8 - Team Leader | They distribute tasks for the LR’s as well as monitoring performance.
9 - Supervisor | They supervise operations of the Staff – Can Train
10 - Assistant Manager | They supervise operations of the store and Staff. – Can Train
HR Ranks
11 - Manager | Handles all Staff, store operations, and has to listen to the General Manager. – Can Host
12 - General Manager | Handles all below. Store Operations, what happens, etc. – Can Host
13 - Assistant Director | In charge of the store with orders from the Director – Can Host
14 - Director | Last HR rank, handles everyone below with direction from the SHR team – Can Host
SHR Ranks
15 - Chief Communications Officer | They handle all communications regarding the group.
16 - Chief Staff Officer | They handle all Staffing policies, recruiting, etc.
17 - Chief Human Resource Officer | Handles all Employee situations.
Bloxco Supermarket has high expectations for all of their employees, working for us is always a privilege and which can be revoked at any point. Listed below are our strict guidelines for our employees which must be followed and enforced at all times.
Grammar - Bloxco Supermarket requires all employees to utilize proper spelling, capitalization, & grammar while being in game.
Professionalism - We require all of our employees to remain professional while in an official game, events, etc. No employee shall troll, or act anyway unruly while representing us.

Employee Dress-code - Bloxco Supermarket does not have any dress code for any staff below our HR department. But, all of our employees must dress in NORMAL clothing, they may not dress as “tanks” or something of that nature. Anyone above must dress in professional workwear at all times unless otherwise declared.
- Hinting for promotions - Any staff member who is hinting for a promotion will in fact not receive one, but could also receive administrative action towards them.
