Rank Guide

Low Ranks

[1] Café Guest
This is the default joining rank. You are literally just a guest at the café.
Those in this rank are not members of staff and cannot work. To rank-up, attend an interview.

[2] Trainee
People in this rank are currently in-training to become a barista. This rank can be gained by attending and passing an interview.
Those in this rank are not qualified enough to work. To rank-up, attend and pass a starter training. Those in this rank for more than a month will be demoted.

[3] Junior Barista
Those in this rank are qualified to work as a Barista. At this point, you are just a Junior Barista. To rank-up, gain at least 250 points, and pass an intermediate training to get promoted.

[4] Regular Barista
Those in this rank are qualified to work as a Barista, and make more complex drinks. To rank-up, gain at least 750 points, and pass an expert training to get promoted.

[5] Senior Barista
Those in this rank are qualified to work as a Barista, and make all types of drink. To rank-up, gain 2500 points, and attend an evaluation to get promoted. Unlike at Frappé, you can’t kick people.

Mid-Ranks

Once you become a Mid-Rank:

  • Your points-per-hour increase from 10 to 20.
  • You gain the ability to assist in interviews and trainings.
  • You gain mod-level commands.

[6] Head Barista
Those in this rank have passed a mid-rank evaluation, and are qualified to assist in interviews and trainings. Unlike the Human Resource Assistant rank, you primarily assist baristas.
To rank-up, gain 10000 points, and attend an evaluation to get promoted. You can be demoted from this rank, though.

[7] Human Resource Assistant
Those in this rank have passed a mid-rank evaluation, and are qualified to assist in interviews and trainings. Unlike the Head Barista rank, you primarily assist candidates to become baristas themselves.
To rank-up, gain 10000 points, and attend an evaluation to get promoted. You can be demoted from this rank, though.

High-Ranks

Once you become a High-Rank:

  • Your points per hour increase from 20 to 50.
  • You gain the ability to host interviews, trainings, and mid-rank evaluations.
  • You gain admin-level commands.

[8] Kitchen Assistant
Those in this rank have passed a high-rank evaluation and are qualified to host interviews and trainings. Unlike the Human Resource Manager rank, you primarily assist baristas in the kitchen.
To rank-up, you will need to gain the trust of the executives or development team, depending on what you pick as your first promotion option.

[9] Human Resource Manager
Those in this rank have passed a high-rank evaluation and are qualified to host interviews and trainings. Unlike the Kitchen Assistant rank, you primarily assist candidates to become baristas themselves.
To rank-up, you will need to gain the trust of the executives or development team, depending on what you pick as your first promotion option.

[10] Operations Manager
Those in this rank have gained the trust of the executives, but weren’t sure if the executives felt them fit to be an executive themselves. These people can also host high-rank evaluations.
To rank-up, you will need to gain additional trust of the executives or development team, depending on what you picked as your first promotion option in the high-rank evaluation.

[11] Developer
Those in this rank have gained the trust of the development team. It is very easy to be demoted from this rank, though. You gain owner-level commands at this rank.
To rank-up, you will need to gain additional trust from the executives. You can opt to demote to the Operations Manager rank, if no executives wish to resign or opt for demotion themselves, though.

Executives

You are very lucky if you reach this far. Once you become an executive:

  • Your points-per-hour stop.
  • You gain owner-level commands.

[12] Chief Development Executive
Those in this rank were promoted from Developer, and have a lot of trust from the executive team.
You can potentially get ranked-up, but it is very rare. You can alternatively opt for demotion to Operations Manager, if you wish to get a higher executive rank.

[13] Chief Operations Executive
Those in this rank were promoted from Operations Manager, and have a lot of trust from the executive team.
It is very rare to be promoted, but it can happen. You can alternatively opt for demotion to Operations Manager, if you wish to get the Chief Development Executive rank.

[14] Assistant Chief Executive
Those in this rank have a lot of trust from not just the executive team, but the owner itself.
This is the highest obtainable rank in Bloxia. The only other way to get another executive rank is to demote to Operations Manager.

[15] Chief Executive
This is the highest rank in Bloxia. This is the owner of Bloxia.
There is NO WAY to obtain this rank, other than when the owner resigns.

And this concludes this rank guide.

More to come!
