Here at Bloxiez, we utilize distinct information regularly. This handbook will elaborate on that information. The information will provide our low-ranking jumpers and visitors with a better understanding of the park’s functions.
Alliance Guide
Requirements
We expect you to meet the following guidelines/expectations if you wish to become an affiliate with Bloxiez. Your application will be automatically declined if you do not meet any of the expectations listed. Whenever possible, Bloxiez forms alliances with groups that exemplify activity, professionalism, organization, and communication. To do so, requirements are set for groups to meet.
- Group must have an active Discord server.
- We accept a well-organized, corporate group since Bloxiez is a new organization. Members vary!
- Group must be active, and consistently gaining new members.
- Group MUST have a representative to join our group and Discord server!
- Professionalism must always be maintained by the group.
- Group must be able to announce key events and applications at Bloxiez when asked.
Application
Those who meet our requirements are asked to answer the following questions as best they can. In your application, we recommend creating a Google Document and including impeccable detail. If you would like to submit a completed application to Public Relations, please do so. Your application and group will be reviewed within 48 hours, and you will be notified of the outcome within 48 hours. Any individual in Public Relations can answer your questions, comments, or concerns regarding alliances. Best wishes!

Rank Information
Customers:
Jumper: These are individuals that have joined the group to support Bloxiez, they’re a jumper, with no staff rank.
Noted Jumper: These individuals were selected by the Corporate team as contributors, reputable, and worthy.
Awaiting Training: An individual ranked Awaiting Training has completed the Quiz Center and passed. They’re now awaiting to be trained for their new rank! They’re unable to work.
Low Ranks:
Junior Jumper Staff: An official staff member that’s able to begin working! They’re able to work behind the desk to help visitors with wrist bands.
Jumper Staff: Obtaining this rank is attending 2 trainings maximum. Your dedication is being noted! You still have the permissions working behind the counter to help visitors with wrist bands!
Head Jumper Staff: This individual has attended 4 trainings maximum. Your dedication and activity is always an amazing achievement. You still have the permissions working behind the counter to help visitors with wrist bands!
Senior Jumper Staff: Attended 6 trainings and more. This is an individual who is extremely dedicated towards their position here at Bloxiez. This rank has the ability to apply for Staff Assistant IF applications are out! You’ll have a chance to be promoted to Staff Intern.
Middle Ranks:
Staff Intern: This is the first attainable MR rank within Bloxiez. Upon gaining this role, you will be permitted to use moderator commands to efficiently supervise the trampoline park. This main duty as a Staff Intern is the same as any MR rank here! You’ll perform through many trials to become an official MR here at Bloxiez.
Staff Assistant: As an official Middle Rank, this is the second Middle Rank after Staff Intern. They are required to help supervise the trampoline park and punish anyone who does not abide by implemented rules. They are essentially the same as the Staff Intern but with more experience and permissions.
Supervisor: Bloxiez’s third Middle Rank. Utilizing your knowledge from Staff Assistant and putting in more effort here at Bloxiez’s! Their responsibilities are similar to those of Staff Assistants, but they have more experience.
Assistant Manager: As a Middle Rank, this is the final rank. In order to protect the park from exploiters, etc., they should continue to apply the knowledge they gained during their previous ranks. Additionally, they will continue to assist with training. Additionally, they should continue to show high levels of activity and gain experience in order to be considered for a promotion.
High Ranks:
Management: This is the first set of people to join the High Rank Team. At this rank, you have the ability to supervisor other ranks below you at any time!
Head Management: It is the second rank as a HR achieved. The dedication you have shown as a HR has made a huge difference in providing and protecting our park! As a result, this rank achieves a great deal of responsibility in terms of opportunities within departments.
Corporate Team:
Board of Executives: Before Presidential Intern, this is the beginning of becoming eligible into a department. They are usually responsible for assisting their departments and working with the members of their departments.
Presidential Intern: They assist with departments and handle any general issues.
Presidential Assistant: In the Corporate Team, this is the third rank achieved. With their experience with the Corporate Team, they are well aware of the responsibilities the group requires. They’re usually co-leads of the departments!
Leadership Team:
Vice President: Bloxiez Vice Presidents are department leaders and corporate executives. Depending on their department, each individual is assigned specific tasks. In addition to meeting group needs, they are also responsible for making major decisions regarding Bloxiez.
President: At Bloxiez, the President oversees all operations within all departments and the entire staff team.
Vice Chairperson: The group’s co-founder. Responsible for overseeing all operations and departments. This individual also manages development and works to maintain quality within Bloxiez.
Chairperson: Founder of the group. Oversees all operations and departments to ensure functionality. This individual also manages development and works to maintain quality within Bloxiez.
Department Information
Human Resource:
The Human Resource Department manages staff punishments such as warnings, suspensions, demotions, and even terminations. They also get to be incorporated in promoting staff who are eligible for that promotion.
Public Relations Department:
The Public Relations Department handles and manages the affiliations of Bloxiez as well as the events and communication-related tasks of the group. The Public Relations Department works with affiliates to create a strong, inter-community bond by hosting and participating in events, establishing new alliances, and polishing the reputation of the community!
Training Sessions (COMING SOON)
Training sessions are held by any individuals ranked Assistant Manager+ for those ranked Awaiting Training, Junior Jumper Staff, Jumper Staff, Head Jumper Staff, to be able to learn more information regarding staff conduct, practices and systems of the restaurant as well as examine their knowledge. Training sessions are normally hosted to examine if a Low Rank in question is prepared for the succeeding rank.

The following schedule runs throughout the weekdays, and weekends. Although there is a schedule for training sessions, those ranked Assistant Manager+ are granted to host an unscheduled training session, with permission from a member of the Presidential Team.
