I am a newer developer looking for feedback on a idea I had.
I have been working on a roblox version of youtube before videoframes were added.
I had the idea to make a video image by image and wasn’t able to do it. About a week ago I took the idea into consideration again not realizing videoframes were coming soon. I scripted it and after the release of videoframes merged my custom videoplayer with videoframes and turned it into a game called BloxTube. I am looking for feedback on what people think/what should be added.

It’s good, but I think you can DEFINITELY improve on the GUI. It looks quite basic, but good job!

cool concept, but theres like a billion of these all with this same name

I like it so much! I would improve in the design the GUI tho, it looks very basic. And fix when u play another song if u played other one it stops (i tested the music thing and when i pressed 2 songs the 2 songs was playing)

I might actually using different names for this game so that people do not mix them up if they had played the old one before.
Maybe

  • RoVids

  • Blox Videos

  • Roblox Online

  • Bloxy Tube

You get it right?

Gonna be completely honest. I like it however there is one issue and it’s big.

There are so many “BloxTube” games. I really feel like if you want this game to be discoverable, you need a different name. Not sure what name though.

Cool concept, i was tginking doing the same thing. I dont testet your game, but the concept is cool. If u want, u could really make this your first game, but still remember that VideoFrames arent relased and that maybe u have to paid robux to upload a video (or u can upload a video from youtube, this would be the greatest thing but maybe impossible…)
