I recently made a GFX for my upcoming game BloxVille. I’d love for people’s opinions!
The lighting is rather good Although it looks slightly empty. and the bench in the background looks to large.
Lower the current text to the center, make sure to also center it. Remove the specular on your character material as well as the object files you’re using. Bring the camera in closer and rotate it 5-10 degrees in either direction, this is because you generally try to avoid displaying the lower torso if there is nothing there to show as in the case of this logo. The background is also very plain and takes the attention away from the center of the logo, this is why you need to bring in the camera closer because the background show only serve as a background.
I like the overall pose of the character. But his shoes are almost the same color as the sidewalk. The logo is perfect! I think you did good on this, although I would try to fix the shoe problem.
The lighting is just the new Blender one in 2.9.1. I’m pretty sure it’s called “Natashi” I can’t remember exactly what it was. I will work on the empty feel and try and give the area a bit more of a “city” feel as it is a city game.
Thanks for the feedback! Thank you, I agree with the text. It should be a bit more centered. I’m going to re-render the GFX When I have time to as I am a full-time student. I will keep your feedback in mind!
I will change the clothing on the bottom-half of the character. I never payed that much attention to the shoes, thank you for pointing that out. Also Thanks for the feedback!
