Membership
Membership is a paid add-on to enhance the game experience at Bloxy Bingo.

Purchasing Membership
Membership is a subscription product. Use the membership button on the top bar to open the membership page, this will open up the membership pannel.
The top of this page shows your membership status. All times relating to membership will be displayed in UTC.
To purchase membership, select a duration from the options on the left, and complete the Roblox developer product transaction.
You can press click “Terms & Conditions” to view the terms and conditions of membership.
When your membership is soon to expire, you will receive notifications when you join the game to remind you to renew.
Table Controls
Reserving Tables
To reserve a table, you will need to open the table controls menu from the top bar.
Press the reserve table button at the top to reserve the table.
In order to reserve the table you must be the only person sitting at it. Errors will be displayed at the bottom of this menu.
Hand Back Table
The button which allows you to reserve the table will change to say “Hand Back Table”. Press this to hand back the table.
Table Permissions
You are able to control who can sit at your seat using table permissions.
You can add either specific players, players on your friends list, groups or everyone to a whitelist or a blacklist.
Players
To add a player to a list, select the player button tab, type in the players username (press tab to autocomplete), and press add.
Friends
To add friends to a list, select the friends button tab, type in the players username (press tab to autocomplete), and press add.
Groups
To add a group to a list, select the group button tab, enter the ID of the group, and then press add.
If you want it so that only members of a minimum rank can sit at the table, enter the minimum in the rank box and then press add.
Everyone
To add everyone to a list, select the everyone button tab, and then press add.
Whitelist & Blacklist
When making additions to lists in the above ways, they will be added to a list depending on which list is currently selected from the whitelist/blacklist button tabs.
Players who fall under the whitelist will be allowed to sit at the table.
Players who fall under the blacklist will be be ejected from the table.
To remove a check from the list, press the x button next to that check.
When a player attempts to sit at the table, the following order of precedence is used:
- Is player specifically listed as a player on the whitelist? Decision: Allow on table.
- Is player specifically listed as a player on the blacklist? Decision: Eject from table.
- Are friends on the whitelist and is the player a friend? Decision: Allow on table.
- Are friends on the blacklist and is the player a friend? Decision: Eject from table.
- Is player in a group/role combination on the whitelist? Decision: Allow on table.
- Is player in a group/role combination on the blacklist? Decision: Eject from table.
- Is everyone on the whitelist? Decision: Allow on table.
- Is everyone on the blacklist? Decision: Eject from table.
- Player was not filtered by any of the checks… Decision: Allow on table.
Remember: If you blacklist everyone, you will need to remember to whitelist yourself!
Please note there is a limit of 20 items which can be added to both the whitelist and blacklist combined.
Eject Controls
If you want to instantly eject someone from your table, you can click their avatar image and they will be ejected.
Custom Music
Custom music is available to purchase as a one-time upgrade.
This will play to players sitting on your table and will place a radio on your table to signify that people sitting at it will hear custom music.
This has the same controls as custom music in Private Servers, and can be read about in the private servers section.
Gamepasses
Marking Assist
Marking assist will highlight the squares on your cards as they are called.
It must be enabled in settings after purchase to be used.
Automatic Marker
Automatic marker will mark off numbers on your cards as they are called. Please note that automatic marker will not automatically call bingo for you.
It must be enabled in settings after purchase to be used.
Private Servers
Like other game, Bloxy Bingo sells access to private servers. In private servers you can:

- Allow specified other users access to the management panel.
Limitations
- If less than 8 players are in your private server, the gem reward for winning rounds will be 0, apart from in the final round when it will be 5 * numberOfPlayers. When 8+ are playing, rewards will be as per live servers, except the minimum gem quantity for the final round will be 120 instead of 250. This is to prevent gem farming.
Starting a Game
Games will not automatically start in a VIP Server. When no game is playing the message “Waiting for a Private Server admin to start a game.” will display on the screen.
Click the server controls button to open the control panel.
This will open the server control panel. Press the game tab to navigate onto the game page.
Here you can control the following settings:
- Game Type - The game being played (British Bingo, American Bingo, Arcade Bingo, Lotería)
- Voice - The annoncer (Aidan, Emma)
- Pattern - The pattern needed for the pattern stage of AMerican Bingo
- Round Time - The amount of time between calls (range is 2 - 15 seconds)
- Manul Calls - Enabled if the next game should use the manual calls feature (paid add-on).
- Call Type - The way in which the calls are announced by the annoncer, note not all call types are supported by all game types or callers. (Numbers Only, British Rhymes, American Calls, Old American Calls|Arcade Calls|Lotería Calls)

Ending a Game
Games will normally end on their own after all rounds have completed or all numbers have been called.
If you want to end a game early, press the stop game button on the game panel (while a game is running) and it will end after the current number has been called/victories are celebrated.
Server Options
Press the server tab to access the server options.
Server Lock
Enabling the server lock will prevent players from joining the server. Players who attempt to join the game will be kicked, unless they are an admin.
Kick Player
This allows you to kick a player from the server. Type in their username and press kick to kick. The avatar should show in the gap. You can use tab to autocomplete the username.
Server Admins
This allows you to add other users to access the server controls menu. It will give users full permissions expect for adding/removing server admins. Type in a players username, and press add to make them a server admin. If they are in the server you can press tab to autocomplete.
To remove a server admin simply press the “x” next to their username/avatar in the list. Note that you can not remove the server owner.
Server Music
Private server music is a paid add on. Press the music tab to access it. This will play as the server’s background music instead of the default.
When you purchase the server pass, it applies to the server, not the player. If you own/can access multiple VIP servers it will only apply to the server you are in when you purchase it.
Adding a Track
Type in a sound id, then press add to add it to the playlist.
To get a sounds id, navigate to its page on the roblox website, and then copy the numbers in the URL bar.
(For convenience, you can also just copy the URL)
To add a sound it must be.
- Longer than 20 seconds.
- Less than 20 seconds.
- Licensed appropriately (you can not play the Roblox APM stock library due to licence limitations.)
Sounds added to the list will be saved meaning you don’t have to reenter them next time.
To remove a sound, just press the “x” button next to it.
Playing Music
To play music, you will need to set the enabled option.
- This will start playing the first sound.
- Once the sound has ended, the next will start to play.
- The list will loop once completed.
If you want to skip to a specific track, you can click on it and it will play from the start.
There is no option to skip to a position in a track.
A play and pause option are also provided should you want to pause the music.
Stopping Music
To stop the music, and return to the server default music, put the enabled option back to disabled.
Manual Calls
Manual calls allow you to control which numbers are called during a bingo game. This is only available in private servers. Press on the calls tab to access.
When you purchase the server pass, it applies to the server, not the player. If you own/can access multiple VIP servers it will only apply to the server you are in when you purchase it.
If a game isn’t playing (or a game without manual calls enabled) an error will show.
On the games tab. make sure to start a game with the manual calls option enabled.
This will reveal a grid of numbers for you to select from.
Calling numbers works with a queuing systems. Numbers are called as they appear in order in the queue, unless there are no numbers in the queue in which case it will wait until numbers have been queued.
When a number is called, it is removed from the queue.
Note that you can not take numbers out of the queue.
Click on a number to queue it to be called. Once clicked it will disappear.
A random button is also provided to allow the game to select a number at random to queue.
Note: Lotería will display numbers 1-54. Each icon/object has a mapping to a number but these are not converted for the calls. The numbering is as per standard lotería games, lists of which are available online.
