Section 1
General Rules
Bloxy Translation Association (“BTA”) reserves the right to do the following to you if you break the rules which we’ll list:
-Refuse Service
-Report To Roblox
-Report To Future Employers/Employees
The following are our rules also known as terms and conditions:
-No Inappropriate Language
-No Lying
-No Refusing To Pay
The terms listed must be followed at all times when hiring us. If you break the terms at any time our Legal Division (“LD”) will take Legal Action and possibly file a lawsuit. Our LD is a team of experienced individuals that have knowledge of the law and can file a court lawsuit.
Section 2
Moderation
We are not responsible for your game being taken down due to inappropriate language. Everything you asked us to translated was translated correctly. It is your responsibility to make sure your game is appropriate for all ages.
If you would like to request a refund talk with our Support team and we will give a 10% refund at most if you order over 2000 words.
Section 3
Secure Payment
We try our best to make sure you receive the translations you ordered without a problem and that is why we use top of the line systems to manage the service. You can file a complaint at our Headquarters or pay us and we’ll assist you as soon as possible. Our #1 requirement is Discord so we can handle communication.
Paying In Advanced
Paying in advanced helps us build trust with you. When you pay in advanced you get your translations done faster and it automatically reserves and sets up meetings and everything for you and if your game decided it cannot afford our services anymore we’ll refund you as long as it is before the 100 word mark. You’ll be notified when it is approaching and if you want a refund after we passed the mark then you’ll have to pay for those words completed, but the rest of the Robux will be refunded.
