Cabin Crew Procedures
As Cabin Crew Member you are responsible for making sure all passengers on board are treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and care. Cabin Crew members work with the FO to make sure they are on time and ready to fly.
Preparing for boarding
During this time on the plane, you will be in the cockpit speaking with the captain and first officer to know what to do. After that, you will proceed to the cabin and open all overhead bins and set the mood lighting to blue, you will then open the doors and wait for the stairs to arrive, once they do you will go to the bottom of the stairs and greet the passengers saying “Hello and welcome aboard BlueWing Airlines! Enjoy your flight and be safe.” There will need to be at least one Cabin Crew inside at the door facing away from the passenger entrance door. After that, you will contact the FO and tell him/her that the cabin is ready for boarding.
Boarding
When boarding the first people you will see are the investors. They are to be treated very respectfully as they have supported this airline. They are to be seated in the best seats onboard. Make sure to welcome them when they come up the stairs by saying the greeting stated before, once they have been seated make sure to prepare for the First Class Passengers, you will seat them around the investors. Business Class will then board. They are to be seated behind FC passengers. Economy passengers are seated in the back of the plane and should be treated the same as all classes.
Cabin Check
The captain will send out a message saying that its time for a cabin check, once he does you are to close all overhead bins, doors, and change the mood lighting to cyan or blue color. You will then play the safety video and make sure they all understand. Your main duty during the cabin check is making sure everybody is seated and in the right place if they do not then tell them once to move then you may ask a supervisor to kick him/her. Our investors and first-class passengers will be your main priority. Make sure to see that they are happy and satisfied.
Safety and Take Off.
During this time you will play the safety video and make sure everybody is seated. Make sure to follow all instructions given to you by the captain and FO.
Cruising and serving passengers.
Once the captain has said we are at cruising altitude you will get your cart and serve each passenger. Simply DM them one by one saying “Hello! What might I interest you in regarding beverages and food?” then you will wait for them to respond if they do not respond within a minute move on. Once done you will make sure to get everybody seated again and you will prepare for decent.
Landing
Once the captain says that we are descending you will change the mood lighting to a lighter color and make sure everybody stays seated and is okay. Once the plane touches down you will get ready to open the doors and get to the bottom of the stairs. You will say “Welcome to [place]. We hope you enjoyed your flight with us!” after everybody has de-boarded you will go back to Cancun and get to the briefing room.
Ground Crew Procedures
Our ground crew is specialized in operating stairs, VIP transport vehicles, and pushback tugs. They use signals to get attention from the captain.
Preparing for boarding
During this time GC is to get the stairs parked to the two main front and back doors to the aircraft and get the VIP vehicles to the gate so investors may have their VIP ride. GC is also to get the pushback tug and connect it to the plane.
Boarding
Ground Crew members are to get into position during this time. Signalers will get to the main taxi line where the pushback tug drops off the plane and the stairs will need to be removed once all classes have boarded. All vehicles are to be returned after take off.
Pushback and Taxi
During pushback and taxi tug handlers are to push the plane back to the main taxi line where the signaler is. The signaler will guide the plane to the runway then return when done. All GC is to go to the destination airport when finished and prepare the equipment there.
Airport Staff Procedures
Our airport staff is tasked with satisfying the passengers by answering questions and serving them. They are very important and help a lot. During flight briefings, the leftover staff is used as Airport Staff.
Check-in
Check-in agents are to check a passenger’s rank and give them a ticket along with a name that says "[Name] - [Class (EC, BC, etc)] They are very good at giving welcomes.
Gate Agent
A gate agent handles all questions, and boarding passes. They are required to check each passenger’s ticket and make sure it is valid. They also give out items such as sleeping kits and technology.
Lounge Staff
Lounge staff handles all investors and First Class passengers beverages and food. They are to give a warm welcome when approached in the lounge and should be treated kindly.
Passenger satisfaction
If a passenger thought an AS was rude to them or was abusive then they may report it to a supervisor+ with proof. We always try to make sure our passengers leave with a smile.
Security
Security is the only role not chosen at a briefing, you must train for this. Security handles all disruptive behavior whether it is on the aircraft or at the airport. If there is a dispute they will cuff the two and make sure they don’t attend the flight. They also handle scanning passengers such as BC, FC, and EC. They give 2 warnings before kicking passengers.
First Officer Procedures
Our cockpit crew is teamed with captains and first officers. These are the most dedicated and helpful staff members. They are to be treated respectfully.
Flight briefing and flight plan
During the briefing, they give suggestions and tips for the host. Besides that, they don’t do much during a briefing.
Flight preparation
During this time an FO would make sure all lighting is on and that the plane is functional along with staying in contact with the CC. Then you would tell the host to open the gates.
Boarding
During boarding, you are to stay in the cockpit at all times. Make sure that the Cabin Crew are all doing everything right and that the captain is aided with getting everything ready for taxi and take off.
Getting ready for taxi.
During this time you are to unfreeze the plane, then turn on the flaps, engines, and navigational lighting. After that, you will tell the pilot everything is ready.
Cabin Check.
During this time you are to tell the CC to check the cabin, then you will announce the following message.
Announcements
: sm Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen! This is your First Officer speaking. On behalf of our staff here at BlueWings, we would like to thank you for attending this flight. We ask that you buckle your seatbelts at this time as the captain has turned on the fasten seatbelt sign and make sure to turn off your cellphones. Right now it’s a balmy 75°. We do expect some turbulence along with some heavy winds. Thank you again for choosing BlueWings, enjoy your flight!
Plane Operations
Our plane is operated easily with our UI. Make sure to attend a training to learn how it works.
Communicating with ATC
While communicating with Air Traffic Control you need to use :h so everybody can see it. If you would to like to learn more about this attend training.
Taxi and Takeoff
During this time you want to make sure you and the pilot are ready. You will inform the CC when you have lined up on the runway so they may start to sit down. You will go over a checklist with the pilot. Each time he asks a question you will simply check the controls and see if it’s on or not, you will need to turn each thing he asks on then respond by saying check. After this, the pilot will put the plane in full throttle and begin to take off. When he says gear pull the landing gear up. After this everything will be focused on reaching cruise altitude.
Cruise and Landing
When you have reached cruising altitude you will freeze the plane and tell the CC that we have reached cruising altitude. They will then begin to serve. The cruise lasts for 5-10 minutes. After cruising is over you will put the gear down when the pilot says gear down. After that, you will make sure to help the pilot with the flaps and other parts. The pilot handles the landings mostly.
Captain Procedures
Main requirements and Duties.
In order to be a pilot, you must pass 1 training and a practical aviation exam. As a pilot, you are required to have one person explain how active you are and how well mannered you are. Your account must be 100 days+ old and you must be minorly experienced in aviation. As a pilot, you will mainly be in the cockpit ensuring everything is fine. Seeing as this is the highest LR rank our captains are expected to know everything after being trained so much. They will now be given a handbook due to this. Check our communications server for information on being a captain.
Conclusion
Thank you for reading, enjoy your flights with us!
