Welcome to B&M Public Relations!
As a Senior High Rank (SHR), you are entrusted with the responsibility of running the Public Relations (PR) division. This role comes with expectations, standards, and the need to maintain a professional environment at all times.
Guidelines and Standards
Grammar
- Requirement: Grammar is mandatory at all times except in informal chats.

Failure to adhere to proper grammar reflects poorly on the team and may result in corrective action.
Responsibilities (Head/Co-Head & Staff)
- Stay on track with your weekly quota.
- If you need a break or are unable to complete your tasks, submit a Leave of Absence (LOA) by contacting the Ownership Team.
- Always maintain professionalism when representing the PR team.
Events and Proper Formatting
You must follow correct protocols when hosting events or activities.

Finding Partnerships

Research Requirements:
Look for the group’s partnership requirements. If you can’t find them, open a ticket with their team to inquire. -
Exchange Ads:
Send our partnership advertisement to their team and request theirs in return. Make sure to add their ad to the Partnership Ads channel in our server. -
Represent Us:
Stay in their server as a representative of B&M to maintain communication and uphold our reputation.

Note: If you are unable to meet your quota, notify your superiors immediately.
Logging Proof

Where to Log:
All proof of your completed tasks (e.g., screenshots, announcements, etc.) must be submitted to the Quota Proof channel. -
What to Include:
- Event announcements or confirmations.
- Screenshots of activities (e.g., hosting, alliance visits).
- Any relevant evidence showing the completion of your responsibilities.

Reminder:
Ensure all proof is clear and properly labeled with your name and the date of the activity.
Failure to Meet Quota

Consequences:
- 1st Step: Verbal Warning
- 2nd Step: 3 Strikes (within a week)
- 3rd Step: Demotion
Section 2: Logging Events: Head-Co Lead Only
Logging System
- Use the Trello logging system:
- Find the correct Trello clone card.
- Clone the card.
- Fill in the required fields (e.g., staff name).
- Move the card to the Log Section to ensure it’s recorded for the week.
Resetting Logs
- At the end of the logging cycle, delete the old logs to reset for the new week.
Handling Non-compliance
- If staff fail to complete their quota:
- Issue a verbal warning.
- Track 3 strikes per week.
- If necessary, escalate to a demotion.
Demotion Protocol
- Notify a higher-up before initiating any demotion.
- Provide a summary of the staff member’s actions and quota history.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed.
