WHAT IS BOBA VALLEY?
Boba Valley is a new cafe that aims to provide a genuine and delightful experience. We provide a range of traditional beverages at Boba Valley. We ensure you that our staff are respectful and are nice!
Rules & Regulations
Please note that you also have to Follow Roblox Terms of Service, not only Boba Valley’s rules but as well as the platforms rules!
- Respect
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect when they are paid. You will be kicked or banned from our discord server if you fail to respect a peer or a fellow client. Disrespect is not tolerated in our organization. We want everyone to treat one other with respect. This also applies at Boba Valley’s games.
- Language
This is similar to unprofessionalism; we do not accept poor language, so don’t swear or say anything else since you will be banned.
Low Rank Guide
Rank Description
Low Ranks: Low rank jobs are required to work behind the counter serving customers. Each successful order they’ll receive a point. With points, you can rank up!
Middle Ranks: Middle ranks are required to supervise the restaurant and make sure it’s a safe environment. They’re also required to attend training sessions & host (Assistant Manager+).
Master Barista Promotion Guide: There are 2 ways to obtain this rank. The first option is writing Management Applications. These applications are always open to the public during the end of the month. The final way is to get noticed by a member of the staffing department (CA+). Getting notice usually takes up to 1 week. These are the requirements the staffing department is looking for:
- Work at the cafe for atleast 30 minutes
- Must not have safechat
- Account must be over 30 days old
- Must use grammar
- Must be professional
Points System
- Junior Barista → Barista = 50 points
- Barista → Senior Barista = 100 points
- Senior Barista → Master Barista = 150 points
Staff Rules
- Remain professional
- Don’t break Roblox’s ToS
- Don’t hint (Asking for a promotion)
- Don’t impersonate as an MR/HR
- Don’t cause drama/problems
- Respect everyone especially customers.

*Clean and good history within the industry - Must be able to send 203 representatives to our group/server
