It looks very cool but is this a mesh?

No it is not a mesh. I’m not really a type of user who likes using mesh

WHAT.
No, thats impossible. Its gotta be a mesh.

So is it all divided in parts? Wouldn’t it be difficult managing it? (I am not a builder, just making some assumptions)

You can see some union lines, it was probably made with a union.

Hmm, okay. Thanks for replying though

Very well done! I especially like the detail put in the winglets and the cockpit windows frame. :airplane:

The only thing I would point out are those unpleasing artifacts all along the model. It is very easy to get rid of them using some 3D modeling software. Try to split it into smaller pieces rather than decimating it.

If you are in fact using unions, please stop doing so. I have modeled a few aircraft using both Blender and Roblox CSG modeling. And the latter is much slower than the latter - by way over an order of magnitude!

Anyway, good job. Looking forward to see the landing gear! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I been doing this since Solid Modeling came to roblox.

But thanks for the feedback, Much appricated!

No thank you, I been making aircraft since 2008 and have many hours on doing these.

But thanks for the feedback, Much appricated!

It was pretty different back then, since CSG did not come out until 2014 iirc.

Just said that because meshes actually supersede unions in many senses, for example in performance (do a quick search here in the devforum if you want to). But it’s definitely your choice of course!

Glad you appreciate the feedback.
