Welcome to the official Public Handbook of Bokú created by the Leadership Team! This document contains all of our community information. We recommend that you go through each topic and subtopic completely since it will provide you with the information you need to understand our operations.


Rank Descriptions

Island Customer: This rank is given to people who have joined our ROBLOX group and are considered official customers of our juice bar. Guests, on the other hand, are also considered Customers.

Noted Islander: This position is given to retired high rank members. Because of their greater rank inside our firm, they are referred to as Noted members of our community.

Bokú Celebrity: This position is given to retired Leadership members. Because of their greater rank inside our firm, they are referred to as Celebrities on our platforms.

Industry Icon: This position is a Discord-only role, given to icons within the industry (e.g. successful notable business owners, notable staff icons).

Business Partner: Those that represent our alliances on our platforms will be granted this role.

Trainee: After completing our juicer application and passing, you will be assigned the role of ‘Trainee.’ Your responsibilities will include attending a training session in order to obtain an official juicer rating, working behind the counters, and creating wonderful drinks and snacks for our customers.

Junior Juicer: Our team’s initial low-ranking (LR) member is known as this. Members of this job will be tasked with preparing drinks and serving customers at the juice bar.
Intermediate Juicer: This is our team’s second lowest ranking (LR). Members of this job will be tasked with preparing drinks and serving customers at the juice bar.

Senior Juicer: This is our team’s third lowest ranking (LR). Members of this job will be tasked with preparing drinks and serving customers at the juice bar.

Shift Leader: This is the fourth and final low-ranking (LR) position that is part of our team. Members in this position will be responsible for preparing drinks, serving customers in our juice bar, and are expected to have a somewhat professional demeanor at all times. Shift Leaders also have a chance of being recommended for a Staff Intern position.

Middle Ranks

Staff Intern: This is our first intern position on our team. Members of this position were formerly Shift Leaders or passed our staff application, after which they must undergo a week’s trial to be ranked as Staff Assistants.

Island Assistant (30): This is our team’s first management member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner is necessary.

Supervisor (25): This is our team’s second management member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner is necessary.

Assistant Manager (20): This is our team’s third management member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner is necessary.

General Manager (15): This is our fourth and last management member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner is necessary. Senior Management’s will also be put into a sub-department (relations or staffing), which they must maintain activity and perform at an appropriate level.

High Ranks

Executive Assistant (12): This is the first Department role for our team. Members of this role will be assigned to either the Staffing or Relations Departments, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and have a thorough understanding of Bokú’s operations.

Executive Officer (4): This is the second department role for our team, also known as the co-lead of their department. Members of this role will be assigned to either the Staffing or Relations Departments, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and have a thorough understanding of Bokú’s operations.

Executive Director (2): This is the third department role for our team, also known as the lead of their department. Members of this role are either Staffing or Relations Department leads, which means they keep an eye on their given department to ensure everything runs well. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and have a thorough understanding of Bokú’s operations.

Leadership Team

Vice President (3): This is our team’s first Leadership and final department position. Members of this role are either Staffing or Relations Department overseers, which means they keep an eye on their given department to ensure everything runs well. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and have a thorough understanding of Bokú’s operations.

President (2): This is our team’s second Leadership position. Members of this role aid ownership in overseeing all of Bokú’s operations (departments, staff team, community, development). They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and have a thorough understanding of Bokú’s operations.

Co Owner (2): This is our team’s third Leadership position. Members of this role co-own the company, while also overseeing all of Bokú’s operations (departments, staff team, community, development).

Owner (2): This is our team’s fourth and final Leadership position. Members of this role own the company, while also overseeing all of Bokú’s operations (departments, staff team, community, development).

Departments

:mag: Staffing:
The Staffing Department deals with all internal operations and manages the overall performance of our staff team. They deal with employee misconduct, staff activity, rank-ups, sessions, and much more. They are the role model team for our staff.

:handshake: Relations:
This section is in charge of interacting with the community and alliances. They ensure that we are obtaining new, profitable affiliates and that our community is always engaged with one another. This might include community activities, alliance events, OTD, and a variety of other things.

Staff Intern Information

To be promoted to Staff Intern, you must either write an application when positions become available or maintain activity and a professional demeanor as a Shift Leader. Serving customers, staying pleasant, and remaining professional are traits we value in our employees, particularly those who are more representative of our community, such as our Middle Ranks and above.

Tips:

  • 30 minutes a day in-game.
  • Attend hosted shifts.
  • Professional and polite attitude.
  • Member of our Discord server.
  • Doesn’t have safe chat.
  • Is the age of 13 or above.
  • No history of misconduct.
Affiliate Information

Bokú is proud of all of its affiliations. We work hard to make everyone feel comfortable with our community and staff members. We have a number of demands and expectations that our affiliates must satisfy on a regular basis in order to maintain a positive bond and efficient collaboration. If you feel your community meets our requirements, please apply by answering the following questions and sending them in a properly written document. Please direct message your application to a Relations member once finished, who will react to your application’s progress within 72 hours after submission.

Requirements:

  • Ensure that your group has at least 10,000+ actual members. Accounts and members that were botted do not count.
  • Community must have a stable activity rate.
  • It is advisable to have a good reputation within the ROBLOX community.
  • The group must not sell admin powers or Middle Rank+ positions.
  • There must be a strong community behind your group. Neither toxicity nor unwelcoming behavior on the part of your group’s staff will be tolerated.
  • Representatives must announce all of Bokú’s events when requested.

Occasionally, we may grant exceptions for groups that do not meet our ROBLOX and Discord server member requirements. Contact the Executive Director of Relations if you would like more information about exceptions.

Affiliate Application:

  3. What prompted your interest in affiliating with Bokú?

  5. Do you understand that we don’t announce affiliate staff applications?
  6. Provide two active representatives. Ensure they are in our Discord server prior to submitting your application.
