Bone Rig Issue (Skinned Mesh/'Deformation)

Hey!

I’m currently trying to animate a rig I made in Blender then import it into Roblox. This is how I’m attempting to do it;

  • Export one FBX normally (NORMAL FBX)
  • Export one FBX with NLA Strips turned off (ANIMATION FBX)
  • Import normal FBX with the character loader tool in Roblox Studio
  • Scale down size of character (is super large when inserted)
  • Go to animation editor and import the animation FBX.

When I do this, all of the bones are super stretched which makes the whole model very stretched. Here are some images below,
