About The Job
We are looking for developers from all specialties to help turn a dream into a reality, we expect good work ethic, strong communications skills, and all-around good vibes. This is a long-term position that requires good time management skills to continue to roll out the initial launch and future updates!
We are only able to pay in percentages, each developer will be paid 12% of game revenue(7.5% for 3D modeler)! This payment begins the month of the full launch expected in late summer (August).
Payments for one-time jobs can be negotiated through the provided contact lines.

Yea, my suggestion to make it so that developers get higher percentages is by taking away some of the roles, for I think you might not need 3 builders if you already have a 3D modeler and two other builders. But good luck!
Alright, thank you all for your suggestions, I will be performing an internal review to find optimizations within our team and unnecessary team slots. Stay tuned for an update on the roster and payments.
While we are lowering our team count, we have team meetings that help keep us up to date. Also a schedule for each member to keep track of what they have to do by when.
