Code of Conduct
We want everyone in our community to feel safe and welcome, which is why we have a code of conduct in place which is to be strictly followed. Members which break rules may be subject to punishment, which will range based on the severity of their actions. If you wish to report someone, you are welcome to open a ticket or contact someone in-game.1. Respect
Please remain respectful to everyone. We wonβt tolerate a bad attitude, so keep it nice.
2. Trolling
Trolling, discrimination and any way of provoking others is not allowed. This includes talking about provoking topics, such as religion, politics and any other topics which may be seen as controversial.
3. NFSW
NSFW content and inappropriate avatars arenβt allowed. Glitched avatars will be counted towards inappropriate avatars and will be punished as well.
4. Spamming
Spam or chat flooding will not be tolerated. Spamming can be explained as sending chats repeatedly. Thereβs no set definition on how many times you send these is considered spam.
5. Raiding
Raiding and organized rule-breaking with multiple people will be punished more severely than if only 1 did it and is not allowed.
6. Advertising
Any form of advertising non-affiliated groups is not allowed.
7. Exploiting / Hacking
Exploiting, hacking and bypassing will be punished and are not allowed. Please mind othersβ game experience.
8. Ban Evading
If you were punished and come back on an alternative account to evade your punishment, you will be punished on both accounts and your original punishment may be extended.
9. Common Sense
Use common-sense. If you are asked to stop, you are to do so. Management may enforce rules not on here.
10. Terms of service
Itβs required that all members abide by the Terms of Service set by Roblox.
Alliance Information
This document was created to grant our affiliates and loyal customers a resource to access any information regarding affiliates within Botaku. If you have any questions or inquiries, please contact a Relations Officer.Requirements
At Botaku, our Public Relations Department has set certain requirements that our affiliates must meet in order to apply to become an ally with us. Before applying its required that your representatives are in our group, and a communications server before applying.
- Your group must have at least 10 non-botted members.
- Your groupβs discord must have at least 25 non-botted members.
- Your group must have a strong reputation within the Roblox Group Industry.
- Your group should look professional, and organized on all platforms including Roblox, and Discord.
- Your group must withhold a study community. We expect all our partners to have a non-toxic and professional staff team. We will not tolerate any disrespect, or unwelcoming behavior from the staff within your group. Military groups will not be accepted.
- You must provide 2 representatives that are willing to announce any events we request of them to announce. They must also, already be in our Roblox group, and Discord server.

All applications will be sent for review to the Relations Team, and results should be given anywhere from 24 to 48 hours from when your application was received. Please note that it could take longer due to availability of our team, and you should remain patient at all times.
Please take into account that asking about the status of your application being declined.
Session Schedule
In the list attached below, you can find all a list of our training times in GMT & EST. If you plan to attend a training session, please make sure that you arrive **10 minutes** before the session start time to ensure you get a place.The training server will unlock at XX:55 and the session will begin at XX:05. Once in-game, please ensure that you are seated and following instructions stated by the host or management members.
We cannot guarantee that every scheduled session will be hosted, so if you happen to miss a training, please try again at a later time. If you would like to get notified whenever a session is hosted, please head to our communications serverβs #channel-&-roles tab and select the Training ping role. This will notify you whenever there is to be a training session.

Rank Descriptions
Here at Botaku, we have something called COC (Chain of Command) which is set in place to allow all members within Botaku to understand what their responsibilities are while working here.Community:
Customer - β
This rank is the first rank when guests join the group. They donβt get any special abilities, same as guests. They have the opportunity to apply to join our Staff Team.
Noted Customer - β
This rank is given to those that has contributed to the group and any Executive Members that have previously worked here.
Affiliate Representatives - β
This rank is granted to those that represent other affiliated groups.
Temporary Staff
Trainee - β
This rank is given to those that have completed the application stage in becoming a staff member. In order to become an official Staff Member, they need to attend a training session.
Staff:
Junior Staff - β
This rank is achieved once a Trainee has passed their training. They need to attend another training session to rank up.
Intermediate Staff - β
This rank is achieved after a Junior Staff passes a training session. They need to attend another training session to rank up.
Senior Staff - β
This rank is achieved after an Intermediate Staff passes a training session. They need to attend another training session to rank up.
Skilled Staff - β
This rank is achieved after a Skilled Staff passes a training session. They can no longer attend training sessions and need to either apply or get recommended to join the Management Team.
Management:
Staff Intern - β
This rank is the first rank for those who are being trained to become an official MR here. You can earn this rank through being recommended or passing MR employment resumes.
Staff Assistant - 40
This rank is the first rank of the Management Team. Staff Interns will be able to achieve this rank after they have passed the internship conducted by the Staff Management Department. This rank is responsible of hosting public shifts, and also moderation of our games.
Supervisor - 35
This rank is the second rank of the Management Team. This is obtained through promotion, and this rank will be holding more responsibility such as hosting training sessions, moderation etc.
Assistant Manager - 20
This rank is part of the Senior Management Team. This rank is entrusted to those that show hard work and constant activity and brings more responsibilities such as supervising their lower peers, hosting all kinds of sessions etc.
General Manager - 15
This rank is the last rank in the Management Team. They are users who have shown outstanding qualities among the team and are considered prepared enough to choose and work to join a department.
Executives:
Executive Assistant - 12
This rank is the first rank in the Executive Team. They will either be part of the Relations or Staffing. They are no longer tasked with management duties and rather have group duties such as managing the public side or staff-related things.
Executive Officer - 8
This is the second rank in the Executive Team. They have shown their capabilities and are tasked with helping more in departments as Officers for their respective departments.
Executive Director - 4
This rank is the last Executive rank. Users in this role are either Department Leads or Co-Leads of their representative department. Those that achieve this role have worked exceptionally hard and manage the operational side of the group.
Leadership:
Vice President - 3
This rank is the first Presidential Team rank. Users in this role are Department Overseers of their representative departments.
President - 1
This rank are the seniors of the Presidential Team. They are people who overseer the departments and helps run and control the operations of the group.
Co-Owner - 2
This rank holds people who co-own the group and oversee the overall performance of the group, they handle and control the group.
Owner - 1
This rank is for the owner and founder of the group. The owner is in charge of overseeing and handling all operations of the group.
Holder - 1
The owners alternative account, which doesnβt come with any actual responsibilities, but simply holding the group.
