Is there any kind of valuable or tradable items in your game? These bots will usually get those rare items and sell them for real money (against ToS). If you do suspect a player of being a bot, then ban them.
bots are usually new accounts. check for the account’s age when they join, and if it is below 1-3 months old, assume it is a bot and kick it out of the game until their account is old enough.
