Staff Rules
- Do not ride in customer karts unless you are planning on racing. There are special staff karts used for games like “Tag,” “Hide and Seek,” and other games that staff can be involved in.
- If you have a problem with another staff member or customer, do not freak out, or be unpleasant. Report the situation to a HR, so it can be handled.
- No exploiting, trolling, or being rude. You will be demoted.
- Be nice to everyone you meet! There is another person on the other side of the screen!
- Enjoy your time at Box Karting!
Customer Rules
- No trolling, or exploiting of any kind. You will be immediately be removed from the session.
- If you have a problem with another customer, or a complaint about a staff member, don’t freak out and be rude. Contact an HR so it can be handled
- Do not use the staff karts, as you will be respawned.
- Please sit down, and listen to the presentation in the Instruction Room. Even if you are a regular with us, some rules might change.
- Use your assigned kart!
- Have fun!
Session Times
Mon-Fri: 5-5:30 P.M Central Time
Sat-Sun- 8-8:30 A.M Central Time
There are usually more sessions on the weekends. Check the shout regular so you know when one is being hosted!
Every session can be cancelled. If so, it will be displayed on the group shout.
Job Availability
We are currently hiring all LR’s (low ranks). Interviews will be posted on the group shout, so check there regularly for more information.
