Section 1; Ordering
Trainer states the following messages using the chat
{TRAINER} Greetings, everyone! I am your trainer, {NAME}, and I will be here to train and assist you guys throughout this session.
{TRAINER} To begin our first section, I will be going over some information to help you succeed when making an order for a customer.
{TRAINER} In this section of Greetings and Ordering you will receive a maximum of II/III points.
{TRAINER} After I provide the information, there will be a time where you can ask questions. With that in mind please hold off all questions/comments until the end.
{TRAINER} To start off, when a customer comes up to you, you must provide a greeting. There are many different examples for greetings, however if you are stuck, here is an example.
{TRAINER} “Welcome to Brewd’! My name is, {NAME}, and I will be serving you today. What can I get for you?”
{TRAINER} Once my helpers approach you, you’re also required to state your intro to begin.
{TRAINER} My helpers will be asking you for II items. The requested items are to be prepared by you once they have finished ordering.
{TRAINER} If you are unsure on how to prepare an item, please check the ‘Recipe Guide’ GUI which is located on the left side of your screen.
{TRAINER} To grab a cup, just tap the cup and then it should appear in your inventory. If you are having any trouble, please notify your helper.
{TRAINER} When making a drink, have the cup in your hand and hold the prompt shown from the machine. This way it will be detected and it will add it into the cup.
{TRAINER} When getting a food item, simply walk up to it and hold the prompt so it appears in your inventory.
{TRAINER} Once you have made your helpers items, please bring it back to them and hand it to them using the command; !handto (username).
{TRAINER} Once you have handed them their items, you must state an outro. If you’re unsure of an outro, an example is provided below…
{TRAINER} There is your order! Thank you for coming to Brewd’, and we hope to see you back soon!
{TRAINER} Now, if you have any questions or concerns please state ‘PTS’ and your helper will assist you.
Wait until all questions, if any, have been answered
{TRAINER} Thank you for listening to the first part of the training. You may all begin the first section of this training.
Helpers will state :point award if their trainees pass greetings
Helpers will state :point award if their trainees pass orders
Section 2; Trolling
Trainer states the following messages using the chat
{TRAINER} Congratulations to everyone that passed the ordering round! We will now go onto our final part of the session, the trolling round.
{TRAINER} In this section of Trolling you will receive a maximum of III/III points, including the points from the previous section.
{TRAINER} Every troller that comes to the restaurant will receive III warnings in total.
{TRAINER} A few ways you can provide warnings are: WI | Trolling., WII | Caps abuse., and WIII | Disrespecting staff.
{TRAINER} Each warning that you give MUST be valid. The ones stated aren’t the only reasons to give warnings, there are other various reasons.
{TRAINER} Once you reach lll warnings, you need to notify an MR+, or someone with kick commands to come and kick the troller.
{TRAINER} If a customer is spamming, exploiting, glitching or bypassing, call an HR+ right away without any warnings.
{TRAINER} When there is no MR+ in the game, go to our communications server and ping/report for the appropriate problem.
{TRAINER} In this training, you should simulate the call part. Such as simply saying Calls MR+ or anything close to that.
{TRAINER} If you have any questions you would like to ask, do not hesitate to ask them now.
{TRAINER} Lovely! Helpers may now perform our simulation.
Helpers will now perform the trolling simulation.
