About Me
Hello, my name is briact. I am currently in college pursuing a double major in math and computer science. I have been on Roblox for nearly 12 years, (previously going under the usernames sharpkill and Scarious). Since then, I have decided to streamline my accounts to be more focused on what I love doing – programming.
I’m sure we’ve all been there, where we have 1000+ games on our profile and we can’t find anything that we’re looking for if it’s a few months old. As such, I have decided to create this account in the pursuit of the mastery of programming on Roblox.
I am working towards becoming a full stack web and iOS developer. I have experience in Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, Swift, React (Expanding to React Native soon tm), Redux, Bootstrap, etc. I recently started to streamline my projects in these languages aswell, and you can view my new github under my username (briact).
Specialities

Physics (Inverse Kinematics, Bullets, etc): I have an understanding of physics and I am able to make realistic bullets, particles, animations

Math: I have a math background and I am comfortable optimizing code using mathematical principles, equations, and fundamentals so as to decrease the time complexity of programming tasks

OOP: I am familiar with class-based (object oriented) programming languages such as Java, Swift, etc, and where necessary I will make use of this style in Roblox.

Commenting: This seem like it should be a given, but based on what I’ve seen with Roblox… I’m not sure. Whenever I create a method, I will add a comment describing its input/output, what it does, etc. I generally, however, do not comment the inside of methods unless something isn’t intuitive.
Commissions
This portfolio is for the sake of showing future people that might want to hire me, but I am still willing to consider possible commissions if the pay is high enough. I generally charge rates between 50,000 R$ to 5,000,000 R$ (or USD equivalent) per project. These rates are negotiable depending on the project.
I generally do not like working with other programmers, seeing as (for the most part) they do not understand basic programming fundamentals (OOP, Big O notation → time complexity optimization, general algorithms, reusability, etc), but this is subject to change depending on the other programmers specialty.
