We can all agree that Metaverse Champions got boring at some point, right?
For some players, they didn’t even go back for week 2 (including myself). And now the prizes that have come out of it? Sparks’ Coronet (Honestly, I’d rather have eggs instead of these.)
Roblox Egg Hunts have been cherished by this community since the first one, and it shouldn’t stop now. Especially leaving it off with Egg Hunt 2020
Some people may not even agree. But at some point, even DevHunts became good. (Minus the lack of theme) If the whole theme situation is so hard to complete, then don’t have a theme. Just use the theme as ’ Egg Hunt '. That’ll be much easier than having themes like; Secret Agents, or the Metaverse.
That would be much harder to achieve inside a Roblox game that already has a certain theme in it.
I don’t hate Metaverse Champions. I just don’t like the fact that it replaced the Egg Hunt. - You can still have Metaverse Champions, just have the Egg Hunt as a separate event as well.
You could maybe have Metaverse Champions in September, but have the Egg Hunt in April. - That would work well, it would give a good time gap in between each event.
Roblox, you can’t take away something that the community loves. That won’t help your company. It might even start driving people away, knowing that Roblox could just get rid of something they love at any given time. And not care about it.
So a summary of my ideas:
- If it’s too hard to do a theme, don’t have a specific theme. Just have the theme as ‘Easter’
- Have Metaverse Champions and the Egg Hunt separate. - It will give more variety of events to do on Roblox, and it will satisfy both sides of the argument.
