Roblox used to have the following music on the old Xbox app, & we’d love it back!
My reply to Roblox releasing on PlayStation (Oct 2023), where I asked for this unofficially, has 64 likes. That tells me there’s high community sentiment for this request.

The music is nostalgic and all but they still haven’t even fixed an achievement that’s been broken for over a year
I really hope something like this DOESN’T get prioritized.
I saw you liked the post related to that, but I’ll put it here for anyone curious.
I think there’s more nuance and reliance on other parties (Microsoft, Party on Roblox on Console, etc.) with the achievement thing. Far more than with the music thing here. If both come at any reasonable time, though, I don’t mind the achievements being prioritized over this.
If any Roblox staff are looking at this, who composed the music? They’ve been left uncredited for a decade and someone who definitely isn’t the composer ended up copyrighting the music on youtube with an AI generated cover

JParty’s role at the time was “Developer Relations Specialist”; I don’t think he’d know.
I’ve found 12 people who worked on the durango project (code name for Roblox on Xbox) in my years of research.
I’ll try contacting them myself, but most of the team left Roblox and are harder to track.
Would be nice if Roblox staff were more upfront about it 
The new Xbox music is more atmospheric and ambient, but it definitively does not make it better. This one is just objectively superior, I don’t care what anybody says. 100% support
I actually got this menu with the new UI on top. I was very confused, and I thought Roblox was going to do this for all devices or something. I very wish the music at least come back
Were you using a Xbox Series X/S console? From my research it seems like it was enabled only for those devices. Only one person online who has documented their experience with this menu, I had to run my own copy of it in studio for the screenshot above. There were also two fflags that determined whether or not to enable it, XboxPrimaryNavABIXPEnabled and XboxPrimaryNavABIXPEnabledForAll.
What? They removed this? C’mon, this is the Roblox Song. No other song gives me these sort of vibes. I haven’t played on console in a long time, but I would like newer players to be able to hear this song, instead of whatever new one they have, which is very likely significantly worse.
I was using a Xbox series S. I didn’t know that they had it enabled only on X and S
And I hope they at least bring back the background and music they can keep the new UI they have now but have the background and music for Xbox and Playstation, that would be good
I completely agree. They should make this an option to have this playing on or off in the settings.
I agree with LuhLuaProgrammer, they should make it an option BUT this isn’t really something that should be prioritized in my opinion as there is some more important stuff to be done
this is a great idea, but Roblox has some other issues on Xbox to fix first.
They really need to fix the new app design on console they have, on my PS4 the UI is so laggy and slow especially when going to the avatar tab, it lags before opening things. On xbox it is more fine but still kind of slow , I feel like the old ui was so more smoother and faster , it’s a downgrade really
