Broken Foreign Language Text Scaling

Text scaling and text wrapping features seem to be broken or not working as intended with non-English languages, such as Simplified Chinese.

Attached is a level file with a frame that changes the text between English and Chinese, but failing to scale the translated text to an appropriate size.

Are you saying that the default size is too small, or are you referring to the text scaling issue? Chinese basically never scales. (I read Chinese too!)
