I have tried 4 times. I tried 3 times on my group (Grey Matter Studios), and I tried once on my profile (ChasingNachos). It won’t work. Whenever I try to upload a shirt, it has a broken picture icon, and when I click the “Try On” button, it won’t show the shirt. I would think that the shirt’s still verifying, but I uploaded one of these shirts yesterday morning. I don’t think it takes that long. There’s nothing inappropriate on the shirt.
So yesterday was my first time designing clothing in a while. After I finished my clothing I uploaded it to roblox usually when I upload clothing I get something like this: But today after uploading many pieces of clothing to the site I got this: I uploaded many pieces of clothing and only a few had the clothing thumbnail:
Yep! That’s almost the same exact case with me. I haven’t uploaded clothes in a long time, and I’m testing right now (my group is coming out with a clothing industry, so I wanted to test it to make sure my uploads upload smoothly). I used to get the first picture you showed me. Now I am getting a broken picture icon.
I’ve been having this same problem too, except the icons are displaying as moderated, despite not being moderated and displaying fine in the 3D preview and in-game. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
Funny, I had the same issue and it’s almost so similar to yours I feel there is a Roblox moderation problem with the icon “Pumpkin” I’m not sure if this is the case because you and I would have had seen a moderator note about it if it wasn’t allowed. But earlier today, (October 12th) I uploaded a shirt with a pumpkin face on it and I’m having the same problems.
But today after uploading many pieces of clothing to the site I got this:
