Broken two factor

Here’s a new one:
My account was working perfectly fine until about 9 days ago until someone tried logging in from somewhere else that I didn’t know of. I have 2-factor enabled so I just kept pushing but I did send an email to roblox. Thing is I didn’t get any response, Roblox’s customer support has always been terribly slow so I chucked it up to that.

The other day I tried logging onto my account via another device but the 2-factor code isn’t sending, my emails to customer support are also not sending, I don’t know if my emails has been blacklisted or something but. If I can’t even contact roblox via customer support channels and my account won’t let me in then here is the only place I can ask for help.

We’ve filed a ticket into our internal database for this issue, and we will update you when we have further information!
