Browser client doesn't join the experiences, instead, it opens Main Menu

Hello everyone. My roblox browser client doesn’t join the experiences. When im trying to join experience, its loading and gives approximately 1-20 seconds to play after what like after Alt + F4 just closes the client, in 4-5 seconds it opens the main menu. Once when i tried to launch Roblox, after closing, i got a text from Microsoft like “microsoft couldn’t create the data recovery”. Someone had the same issue? How can i fix it? I found this glitch on Windows 11 .

  1. System info: DirectX 12
    13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i5-135000H (16 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
    NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4050/6gb

  2. I use SurfShark VPN and use the WARP app to run this VPN, I also use Razor programs, and built-in OMEN. ( i never had problems with roblox while using VPN )

Are you still experiencing this issue – and if so can we get an updated log? We’ve made several months of reliability improvements and I want to make sure they helped you.

We are going to close the ticket as we can’t reproduce. Hopefully the issue has resolved itself with our reliability improvements but you are welcome to reopen another ticket if it happens again.
