:shopping: BS | PRR - Applying For An Alliance

This post will provide you with some information about the procedures you should take before and during the process of applying for an alliance with other groups. Make sure to check out the other articles once you’re done with this one!

In case you are interested in forming an affiliation with a group you found eye-catching, make sure to let the Senior Corporate Office know beforehand. The group must comply with all the requirements to form an alliance, they can be found in the Alliance Guide. Make sure to first ask if the group is currently accepting affiliates. You will need approval from the SCO before starting to work on the application.

Once the Senior Corporate Office has approved the permission for us to work on the application, the team has to gather and start planning the responses for each question. All responses must be written out in a Google Document unless the corresponding group does not allow doing so.

All responses will need to be worked cooperatively, meaning there will be nothing such as “divide the work”. This does not apply to questions that do not require a deep elaboration. This list includes:

  • Number of Members
  • Foundation date
  • Asking if we have experience with other affiliates
  • Who they can contact regarding the application status (input the current Partnership Manager’s ROBLOX username and Discord tag)

Once the document is finished, it will be sent to a staff member from the applied group by the Partnership Manager, waiting for approval/denial.

If the sent application is accepted, representatives will be chosen to represent Bloxer’s at the group. The number of representatives will vary, depending on the limit and how reasonable we find it. For more information, you may check out our Representing Guide.

If the sent application is rejected, the Partnership Manager should send the rejection letter (if there is one), and take a look at what aspects could be improved for future application letters.
