:shopping: BS | PRR - Representing Guide

If you are chosen to represent Bloxer’s Supermarket in a brand new alliance, make sure to carefully read this article; it contains important information about being an Affiliated Representative at other groups.

When you are chosen to be a representative, you will need to take into mind various points that will be mentioned below:

  • Commitment & activity: You are expected to attend important events that the corresponding group hosts, as well as actively communicate with their Executive Team regarding incidents and events that happen here at Bloxer’s. This last aspect may sometimes be skipped in case their group chooses to automate ally announcements.

  • Maturity & professionalism: You may not be a staff member at the neighboring group, but this does not dismiss you from having inadequate behavior. You are expected to maintain a competent and mature position at all times with the Executive Team and the community.

  • Applying for a position at allied groups: This applies to most likely every Corporate+, but it will be reiterated; you’re NOT allowed to apply for a position at any allied groups without letting the Partnership Manager know and getting approval from the Senior Corporate Office. It is massively suggested not to apply at the corresponding group if you are an allied representative there. For more information, please review the respective announcement in the Corporate Office announcements channel.

As it was previously mentioned, communication is one of the key points you will need to include in your performance as an Allied Representative when you are chosen to do so. Every channel will have a private channel/group chat exclusively available for you to directly contact the ally’s Executive Team. This given privilege must not be misused and will lead to removal from your role as a representative if we find you doing this.

The mentioned channel must only be used for the following reasons:

  • Requesting to announce important events, and/or applications - Make sure to do this after letting the Senior Corporate Office know.

  • Sharing incidents that could worry other alliances if it is not communicated - Raids, massive resignations, representative changes, last-minute issues that could affect our attendance at their events, and severe admin abuse cases are included in this list.

  • Consulting observations in the group that we find worrying and have not been communicated by the other group’s representatives - Make sure to let the Partnership Manager know too.

As well as communication, attending important events such as awards, grand openings, etc. is important for your profile as an Allied Representative. It is true, however, that there may be cases when you are unable to attend a particular event. When this is the case, you must notify the Partnership Manager & the Senior Corporate Office beforehand so they can find a backup as soon as possible. Be aware that repetitive occurrences of this can lead to your representative role being revoked. Sole boredom and attending Training Sessions/Interviews are not excuses for this to happen, and you will be immediately removed from your role & possibly be dismissed from the Partnership Team.
