BSOD playing Roblox studio or Roblox

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    I want to play Roblox or Roblox Studio freely without any BSOD

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    When I play Roblox or Roblox Studio after several minutes in the game I got BSOD but Roblox Studio takes around 30 minutes to BSOD. Here is the details of BSOD :
    Stop code : SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    What failed : dxgknrl.sys

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    I tried to use sfc /scannow and chkdsk in command prompt it didn’t work but it got some corrupted files also I look for solutions in dev forum nothing worked

I’ve faced the same problem, I suggest you use the app from “Microsoft Store”. Tell me if it worked.
