General Information:

We are happy that you are interested in forming an alliance with us! This document will provide most of the information about our expectations on forming an alliance.

The Communications Department (COMMS) handles all alliances, events or any social activities. Before contacting any department member, we recommend you to read this document thoroughly before doing so. If you have any questions, you may ask through tickets on our communications server or through DMs of any members of the department.

Alliance Expectations:

As a part of forming an alliance with us, we have expectations that your group must meet. We advise you to briefly read through them, and discuss them with your group before applying.

  1. We do not expect any specific number of members, but your group must not have any botted group members.
  2. We expect good work ethics and professionalism from your employees.
  3. Your group must be respectful and have a clean history, as we are willing to do the same.
  4. We expect that your group will cooperate in any events with us. This also includes announcing anything we ask you to announce.
  5. We also expect complete and detailed answers on your application.

Please remember that if your group DOES NOT meet our expectations, your application will most likely be denied. If your group maintained our expectations, you may proceed to the next section.

Alliance Guidelines:

As a member of the Communications Department, we have the rights to terminate or blacklist any alliance if they do not meet or act as we expected. Below are some reasons;

  1. Your group can harm our group’s reputation.
  2. Your group has trolled games.
  3. Your group did not meet our expectations above.
  4. Your group does not follow Terms of Service of both medias.

Failure to follow may result in consequences.

Alliance Questions:

On a Google Document, complete these questions below and send a copy either on a ticket or any Communications Department member’s direct messages.

  1. Describe your group. You may include ROBLOX group’s link, DISCORD server invite, a short description, etc.
  2. Why do you want to form an alliance with us? What made you interested in doing so?
  3. How can we benefit from your group? And, how can you benefit from us?
  4. Who do we contact for inquiries? Please provide DISCORD username and tag, and ROBLOX username.
  5. Are you willing to announce everything we ask you to and host events with us throughout the year?

Thank you for having an interest on forming an alliance with us! We assure you that our group will maintain professionalism when it is expected to. If you have any questions, feel free to ask either through DMs of any COMMS member or ticket on our communications server.
