Bubble chat not locked to head when you do any character height changes such as jumping or walking up a ramp

Reproduction Steps

It’s quite annoying, but bubble chats go super weird when you jump or go up a wedge part. I remember it didn’t used to do that before.

Expected Behavior

I expect bubble chat to stay locked to your head as if it’s a billboard GUI

Actual Behavior

it bounces up and down with a delay when you do any character height changing movements like going up or down a ramp or jumping
