I am interested in having the new BubbleChat in one of my games.

Early 2010s bubble chat was the best bubble chat. Mid 2010s bubble chat was alright, and the current public bubble chat is okay. But this? It doesn’t feel like the bubble chat I remember. It just feels overly complex now. Please at least add a clientside option to use classic style bubble chat regardless of place settings…

I agree, I liked them making things more compact, then they added this which is just a bit extra. It feels off and the bubble is way too large. Might be useful for pvp by blinding your opponents?
I highly doubt using chat bubbles to blind opponents in combat would be that effective; plus people can just look under your chat bubbles to locate you anyways; or failing that, attack your general area.
Regardless, the clean look of the previous chat bubbles is much better imho.

That looks cool! I think you should add “…” when someone is typing, and it will be perfect (yes and that clipping issue too).

Ngl, it looks “modernised” altho I still perfer old Bubble. However I’d love to see where this goes with all the customization options - as my game will not have a global chat due to its intended nature.
The Italics and Bold Would be a great feature! But the part about the uppercase and lower care is sort of there already… Caps lock. or do you mean something else by the Uppercase and lower case?

Perhaps I was not clear enough, my apologies.
Caps lock is something that you choose to turn off and on. Everything you type will be in uppercase. The opposite of Caps lock is where everything you type is in lowercase.
My idea was that developers could make it so that you’re forced to always use uppercase, to always use Caps lock. Everything in chat would be uppercase, no matter if you turned Caps lock on or not. Vice versa for all letters being lowercase.

Wow… Nice!! 
I have been waiting for a makeover for a long time. It looks so great! I love that the bubble chat is fully customizable! (Ex: Color, duration, distance) I can already see the endless possibilities!
