I uploaded an animated UGC accessory (flying bats). In Studio and in-game, everything looks correct.
But on the Roblox catalog/website, the thumbnail preview is broken — the item is either invisible.
This only happens on the website preview; the item itself works fine.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I took a look at the item, and the UGC thumbnail is showing up fine for me. It doesn’t seem like there’s an issue with the item itself, so it might just be a bug on your end or something temporary.
The above reply is misleading because there’s an issue with the 3D preview in the reported item; it already appears as it should in the 2D preview
Yes, exactly — the issue is only with the 3D preview.
In the 2D thumbnail it shows correctly, but in the 3D viewer the accessory is either invisible .
This makes it confusing for buyers, since they usually rely on the 3D preview to see how the item looks.
